Camp crew

Whether you’re new to rowing or preparing to compete at the next level, our summer camps offer an exciting opportunity to grow on and off the water. From beginner-friendly instruction to elite racing and sculling development, athletes will train with experienced coaches while building confidence, technique, teamwork, endurance, and lifelong friendships in a fun and supportive environment.

Learn2row camps

Our Learn2Row Camp introduces middle and high school athletes to the fundamentals of rowing in a fun, supportive, and beginner-friendly environment. Led by Assistant/Development Coach Alex Morris — a former D1 collegiate athlete — campers will learn rowing basics, teamwork, boat handling, and confidence on the water while building friendships and discovering a new sport.

Learn2Row Camp

This session introduces middle and high school students to rowing. No experience is needed—just a great attitude. Athletes can quickly grow skills and compete at local and regional levels.

Valid for one week

July 6-9 (Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.)

Open to all rising 6th-12th graders.

Learn2Row: Level Up

Designed for Learn2Row graduates, this next-step camp refines technique, improves boat awareness, and builds race-ready skills through more time on the water in a fun, coach-led environment.

Valid for one week

July 13–16 (Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.)

Open to 6th–12th graders who have completed a Learn2Row

Elite training

Our elite-level camps are designed for experienced rowers seeking advanced training and competitive growth on the water. Led by Head Coach Michelle Hill — a Level 3 USRowing certified coach with more than 20 years of experience — each session focuses on conditioning, technical refinement, race strategy, and individualized coaching. Athletes will also benefit from recruitment guidance and discussions about the collegiate rowing pathway and D1 opportunities.

Advanced
Racing Camp

This week-long competitive camp prepares experienced rising 8th–12th graders for the annual Halifax Summer Regatta in Daytona Beach, Florida. Athletes will build endurance, refine racing technique, develop race strategies, and compete against other local crews on the Indian River. Camp fees include a camp t-shirt, regatta entry fees, and lunch during the event.

This week-long camp ends with the Halifax Summer Regatta in Daytona Beach. Experienced rising 8th-12th graders will build skills, endurance, and race strategy while competing locally.

July 20-24 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.)

July 25 - Hallifax Summer Regatta (Saturday, all day)

Fees include: T-shirt, Regatta Fees, Lunch at Regatta

Advanced
Sculling
Camp

This one-week elite camp is designed for experienced rising 8th–12th graders looking to advance their rowing performance through focused sculling instruction. Athletes will develop technical precision, boat control, balance, and efficiency in a specialized training environment dedicated to improving individual sculling skills.

This one-week camp focuses on advanced sculling techniques for experienced rising 8th-12th graders looking to improve skills, build confidence, and take their rowing to the next level.

Valid for one week

July 27-31 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.)

Open to all rising 8th-12th graders.
